This is the beginning of the Bloons empire. A simple Flash game, that was extremely popular with school kids and spawned many sequels. The level editor especially added to the engagement and fun of the game.

Ninja Kiwi went on to make many sequels and other game types in the same theme. Bloons Tower Defense was particularly popular and is available as a mobile game.
